Options Recruitment are a market leading team of recruitment professionals from a variety of sectors including construction, technical and commercial. Since being founded in 2011, they have built a live client base of over 500 and formed close working relationships with many of the UK’s leading companies and service providers.

Brief:

Options resourcing wanted to implement a CRM system which was tailored to suit the needs of multiple offices, each containing multiple teams with interchanging workflows and processes. This also included the ability to integrate directly with Tempaid payroll and invoicing software. The CRM also required flexibility to provide additional functionality for when they diversified meaning they needed both a CRM and supplier that could help them grow.

The Project:

Our Prince2 qualified Project Managers developed a unique plan based on Options Resourcing’s requirements which included a full data map of their previous CRMs and multiple test migrations.

A bespoke training plan was then created based on their requirements and training needs analysis. This included a range of our off the shelf courses and also additional tools and bespoke training. This was delivered both online and on-site by our CIPD and LPI qualified Training team. Staff were monitored throughout the process and potential knowledge gaps were filled.

After completion and acceptance testing of the migration, both the Project Manager and designated Training Consultants were present on-site for go-live. This helped with both user buy-in and the successful sign off on the initial project. Since then, itris have worked extremely closely with key members of the Options team, further tailoring and customizing workflow to reduce time and increase return on investment.
